Instinct Laboratory is a half-day active cooking experience followed by a shared meal, designed for corporate teams who spend most of their working lives behind screens. The morning is spent in the kitchen with Chef Paolo Salvati — not a class, not a demonstration, but an actual collaborative cooking session where the group prepares what they will eat together. The afternoon is the meal itself: a table that means more because they built it.

The dynamics that emerge during the cooking session are consistently revealing. Who leads, who follows, who collaborates instinctively, who struggles to let go of control — the kitchen makes visible things that the meeting room conceals. Paolo does not point this out or facilitate a debrief. The observation belongs to the group.
